Yesterday I proud to be invited back to my old school, Deighton Primary, for the school's 40th Birthday celebrations. This school always brings back so many wonderful childhood memories and I wish to extend my thanks to Karen Walkley-Jones for bringing me in to speak to the children. It was a great honour to be part of the celebrations and good to catch up with my old school friend Deborah Lewis who designed the school logo 40 years ago. An amazing day and amazing to see so many well behaved pupils.
