Today, along with military service members and fellow Councillors, we paid tribute to honour the brave men and women who kept the UK afloat during both World Wars and celebrate our dependence on modern day merchant seafarers. A brief Service was held at the front of Bedwellty House for Fly The Red Ensign for Merchant Navy Day. Thank you to all that attended.
