This year the event will be held at Bedwellty House and Park
between 11am and 5pm.
It is going to be a busy day in the Park this year with many
stalls by local associations selling their lovely goodies and local
charities advertising their services.
A parade, led by the Regimental Band & Corps of Drums of the
Royal Welsh, will march from the Memorial Gates to the Bandstand
for a short Service at 3pm by Father Davies. The Regimental
Band will also be doing a display in front of the Bandstand at
There will be live music throughout the day in the Bandstand -
Kidz'R'Us choir, Tredegar Orpheus Male Voice Choir and the
Regimental Band & Corps of Drums of the Royal Welsh.
There will be activities such as Welly Wanging, Have a Go Fly
Fishing and kids arts'n'crafts.
Inside Bedwellty House there will be demonstrations by Gwent
Defibbers, and art display and a flight simulator from 2167
Tredegar ATC Squadron.
Besides some of the food stalls, Bedwellty House's café and bar
will be open selling refreshments.
Fundraising, in the form of a bucket collection, will take place
throughout the day and all donations will be for the Help For

In the event of poor weather, the event will be moved inside
Bedwellty House but this will result in reduced activities for the
