Tai Calon: Brighter Futures Fund - application form

Information below on a new grant scheme, recently launched by Tai-Calon. The scheme is based on a participatory Budgeting ethos, where the The top 5 voted for projects will receive an equal share of the total prize pot (or less if that matches what they need for their project). Theory behind the fund is that Tai-Calon decide eligibility, then community decide those that should get the funding – 

Tai Calon social media message issued below:

“ Opportunity for funding for your group or organisation! …Brighter Futures Fund. Our first round of applications is now live! Complete the application for a chance to receive funding. Closing date is 5pm 23rd November 2020. Shortlisted applications will then be posted to our Facebook page where tenants and residents of Blaenau Gwent will get to vote for their favourite group/organisation/project. Tag any family/friends and share to groups who could benefit from some funding.”
