New Community RePaint scheme launched in Blaenau Gwent

The scheme, sponsored by Dulux, is run by Growing Space – ReCover and they are based in a shop at 16 Beaufort Street, Brymawr. The launch was on Wednesday 25th April by the Chair of Trustees, Beverly Humphreys, who you can see in the video below. They are now open on Mondays and Fridays initially for the sale of affordable paint

Growing Space run the scheme in Blaenau Gwent. They joined the network in 2018. Growing Space is a registered mental health charity founded in 1992, providing real work skills and a support network to help adults with mental ill health reach goals and improve their quality of life.

They collect full and part full containers from traders, retailers and manufacturers. The paint is available to individuals and groups for £1-2 per litre. To get the paint you simply need to go along during their opening hours or contact them before visiting.

If you need larger quantities of paint for a community project you can also order our remanufactured paint from us centrally. Find out more here.
